Songezo Nayo

Songezo Nayo, Co-Founder and Chairman of Access Management, is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in sports management and business strategy. Known for his expertise in developing and implementing business strategies, creating operational efficiencies, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Songezo has played pivotal roles in major sporting milestones. As Venue Manager for Soccer City during the 2010 FIFA World Cup, he ensured seamless execution of one of the world’s most prestigious events. His tenure as Managing Director of SA Rugby further underscores his leadership in sports administration.Holding an MBA from the University of Cape Town and a BSc in Physiology and Biochemistry from the University of the Western Cape, Songezo combines academic excellence with practical experience to drive 
impactful results.

Lourens Oberholzer

Lourens Oberholzer is a dynamic leader in sports consulting, commercial strategy, and event management with an unmatched ability to deliver high-impact projects. As CEO of Access Management Services, he has spearheaded the operational and commercial delivery of several large-scale events, including serving as Tournament Director for the Rugby World Cup Sevens Cape Town 2022, Tour Director for the British & Irish Lions Tour (SA 2021), and Operations Director of the Formula E Cape Town E-Prix.Lourens’s tenure as COO and Stadium Manager at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium showcased his expertise in venue management and executing special projects. Recognised as an industry leader, he was selected for and graduated from the 2024 Multichoice SuperSport Industry Leaders Program through GIBS and Loughborough University.
